Approval Groups are groups of people who approve or decline rooms and resources for events. Approval Groups need to have at least one person in them, and they can be attached to any number of rooms or resources.
Only one person from an Approval Group is required to approve the room or resource request.
On the People page, the left sidebar lists the Approval Groups and their members.
Select the pencil icon next to the Approval Group to change its name or approvers or to delete the group entirely.
Create an Approval Group
Once you've clicked New Approval Group, type the name of the group and select the box next to Approvers to choose from the list of people in Resources.
A person must have permissions in Resources to be added as an Approver.
View Your Events
Once you're added to an Approval Group, you can view events that need your approval by filtering them on the Events page.
From the Calendar tab, open the Filter options, and then check Approver in the My events dropdown.
If you want to see only events with a certain status, click the appropriate box in the Approval status dropdown.
