Batched Emails

Here at Planning Center, we believe that the fewer emails sent out, the higher the chances people will actually read and respond to them emails.

So we decided that approval response emails were becoming too much, and now they're batched! For every approval response email that is queued up (such as "this resource/room has been approved/declined), we'll hold off for 5 minutes before we send it. Once there are no responses for 5 minutes, we'll compile those responses and only send one email with all the information.

This should help you get down to that dream of inbox-zero sooner :).
