All of our apps here at Planning Center offer pricing plans which scale with your organization to make sure that, no matter your size, your church has access to the same features as everyone else. Here in Resources, our plans are based around the number of rooms you need to manage.
We recently added some visibility to that metric on the Rooms page by showing the total number of rooms currently in your organization. Using the nearby information icon reveals how that total fits into your plan.
Knowing your total rooms is helpful, but our hope is seeing it alongside your plan's total will help you to adjust as needed. For example, if you're paying for the 55 room plan but sitting at 25 rooms (and there's no plan to add more in the near future) it's probably safe to downsize.
