A big win for facilities teams is Resources' ability to add custom questions to ask when someone books a room or resource. This not only helps the approval groups make more informed decisions but it also gets everyone one step closer to being prepared for the event setup.
Sometimes when creating these questions it can get cumbersome to include all the pertinent information into one line, so we've added the ability to include a description which appears alongside a section header or question.
In this screenshot, you can see how useful it is to add some clarifying statements around things like "just how far is local vs. long distance?" or including a link to an important document.
Adding descriptions is as simple as editing your existing sections/questions or adding new ones. If you're new to questions check out this article to get started!
